TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: Tues Oct 6 2026
Last Updated: Tues Oct 6 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Partsconnect Ltd website, aftermarketapplianceparts.ca (the "Website"), and your purchase of products from Partsconnect Ltd ("Partsconnect Ltd", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.
These Terms apply subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws and do not limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
1. About Our Products
Partsconnect Ltd sells replacement parts and accessories for household appliances and related equipment.
Unless specifically identified as an original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") product, products sold through our Website may be aftermarket, replacement, compatible, or third-party manufactured products.
References to appliance manufacturers, brands, model numbers, original part numbers, or other trademarks are provided for identification and compatibility purposes only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Partsconnect Ltd is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by the appliance manufacturer whose name or trademark may appear on the Website.
2. Product Compatibility
It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that a product is suitable for their appliance before placing an order.
Product descriptions, photographs, diagrams, dimensions, specifications, compatibility information, model numbers, and replacement-part references are provided as a convenience and may occasionally contain errors or omissions.
Where possible, customers should verify the appliance's complete model number and, where applicable, serial number and existing part number before ordering.
If you are uncertain whether a part is compatible with your appliance, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Partsconnect Ltd does not guarantee that a part will resolve a particular appliance problem or that replacing a particular component will correct an appliance malfunction.
3. Professional Installation Recommended
Appliance repair and installation can involve electricity, gas, water, heat, moving components, sharp edges, and other hazards.
Installation and repair should be performed by a qualified technician where appropriate and in accordance with the appliance manufacturer's instructions, applicable building and electrical codes, and applicable safety requirements.
Customers are responsible for determining whether they have the appropriate knowledge, tools, qualifications, and authorization to install or replace a part.
Partsconnect Ltd is not responsible for injury, property damage, appliance damage, or other loss resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow applicable safety instructions, except to the extent such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
4. Pricing and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability, photographs, and specifications on the Website are accurate.
However, errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-description errors and, where permitted by law, to cancel or modify an order affected by such an error.
Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs charges, duties, or other fees.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:
-
the product is unavailable;
-
an incorrect price or product description was displayed;
-
suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
-
payment cannot be processed;
-
the shipping address cannot be serviced;
-
an order contains an obvious error;
-
the quantity ordered is unreasonable or inconsistent with ordinary consumer use; or
-
the product has been discontinued or cannot be obtained from our supplier.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product(s).
6. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed for shipment.
We may use third-party payment processors and financial institutions to process payments.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided with your order.
We reserve the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify an order or prevent fraudulent transactions.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders using carriers and shipping services selected or made available by Partsconnect Ltd.
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Delivery times may be affected by inventory availability, carrier delays, weather, labour disruptions, holidays, remote locations, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided where available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional charges may apply where an order requires special handling, oversized freight, remote-area delivery, or other services not included in the standard shipping rate.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
Customers should inspect their shipment promptly after delivery.
If an order arrives visibly damaged, is missing an item, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Email: partsconnect.sales@gmail.com
Phone: 587-715-2229
We may request photographs of the shipping carton, packaging, labels, and product to assist with a carrier claim or investigation.
Where the error or damage is determined to be our responsibility, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
9. Returns
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in a written agreement, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a standard return, the product must generally:
-
be unused;
-
not have been installed;
-
be in resalable condition;
-
include its original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and components where applicable; and
-
not have been modified, damaged, disassembled, or altered.
Electrical, electronic, safety-related, sealed, or otherwise sensitive components may be subject to additional return requirements.
Installed, used, damaged, modified, or altered parts may not be eligible for return.
Customers should inspect a part for fit and compatibility before installing it.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is required because we shipped the wrong product, the product arrived damaged, or the product is otherwise determined to be defective, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is the result of an error on our part.
We may deduct reasonable return shipping, restocking, or other applicable charges where permitted by law and where those charges were disclosed or otherwise applicable to the transaction.
10. Restocking Fees
Certain eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to [20%].
A restocking fee will not apply where the return is required because:
-
we shipped an incorrect product;
-
the product arrived damaged;
-
the product is defective and the applicable warranty or law requires us to cover the return; or
-
applicable law prohibits such a fee.
11. Non-Returnable Products
The following products may be non-returnable unless defective or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law:
-
special-order products;
-
custom or modified products;
-
products specifically sourced or purchased for a customer;
-
installed or used parts;
-
electrical or electronic components that have been installed or energized;
-
products with broken or removed seals where the product cannot reasonably be resold;
-
products missing original packaging or components;
-
products damaged by the customer;
-
products that have been altered or modified; and
-
products specifically identified on the Website as final sale or non-returnable.
Where an item is non-returnable, that restriction will be disclosed where reasonably practicable before purchase.
12. Special Orders
Special-order products are products that we do not normally keep in stock and must obtain specifically for a customer.
Because these products are acquired specifically to fulfill a customer's order, special-order products may not be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed, except where:
-
we agree otherwise in writing;
-
the product is defective;
-
we supplied the wrong product; or
-
applicable law provides a right of cancellation or return.
Estimated availability dates for special-order products are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturer or supplier delays.
13. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order is processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing, has been specially ordered, or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an order cannot be cancelled, it may be subject to the applicable return policy.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer-protection legislation.
14. Manufacturer and Product Warranties
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, the warranty is provided by the applicable manufacturer and is subject to that manufacturer's terms, conditions, exclusions, and procedures.
Aftermarket Appliance Parts does not extend or modify a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
Warranty coverage may vary by product and may range from limited coverage to a specified period such as 90 days or one year.
Warranty claims may require:
-
proof of purchase;
-
the appliance model and serial number;
-
the part number;
-
photographs or other evidence of the issue;
-
return of the defective part; and/or
-
compliance with the manufacturer's installation and operating requirements.
A warranty generally does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, modification, incorrect electrical supply, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, or use outside the manufacturer's intended application, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
15. Aftermarket Parts Warranty
Where Partsconnect Ltd provides its own warranty on an aftermarket product, the applicable warranty period and terms will be identified on the product listing, invoice, or other applicable documentation.
Unless otherwise stated, our warranty remedy may, at our option and subject to applicable law, consist of:
-
replacement of the defective product;
-
refund of the purchase price.
A warranty replacement does not necessarily create a new warranty period unless expressly stated.
16. No Guarantee of Repair Results
Purchasing a replacement part does not guarantee that the appliance will be repaired successfully.
Appliance failures may have multiple causes, and replacing one component may not resolve an underlying problem.
Any diagnostic information, troubleshooting information, diagrams, videos, articles, recommendations, or customer-service assistance provided by Partsconnect Ltd is for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for professional diagnosis or repair.
17. Website Use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.

-

-

-
use automated systems to scrape or copy Website content without permission;
-

-
otherwise interfere with the Website or another customer's use of the Website.
18. Intellectual Property
The Website and its contents, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, layout, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Partsconnect Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use Website content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with purchasing products from us.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
19. Third-Party Trademarks
Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, model numbers, and part numbers displayed on the Website belong to their respective owners.
Their appearance on the Website is intended to identify products, compatibility, or replacement applications and does not imply an affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization unless expressly stated.
20. User Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, question, or other material to us or the Website, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.
By submitting such content, you grant Partsconnect Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, modify, and publish the content for purposes related to operating, marketing, and improving our business and Website.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
21. Website Availability and Accuracy
We strive to keep the Website accurate, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Product information, inventory, prices, and other Website content may change without notice.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the Website for maintenance, security, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
22. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, manufacturers, carriers, payment processors, or other resources.
These third parties operate independently from Partsconnect Ltd.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Partsconnect Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, use, installation, or inability to use a product, including loss of income, loss of business, loss of use, or damage arising from appliance downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
This section does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer rights, statutory warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partsconnect Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or misuse or improper installation of products.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own negligence, misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be transferred to the customer.
25. Privacy
We may collect, use, and disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to process orders, provide customer service, process payments, arrange shipping, prevent fraud, communicate with customers, and otherwise operate our business.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of our Website policies.
We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
26. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province or territory in which Partsconnect Ltd operates, together with applicable federal laws of Canada.
Where a customer is a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws that apply to the transaction.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the applicable law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
27. Disputes
If you have a concern regarding an order, product, return, warranty, or other transaction, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection legislation or from bringing a claim before a court or tribunal having jurisdiction.
28. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, labour disputes, government actions, supply shortages, manufacturer delays, cyber incidents, utility failures, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or anticipated.
29. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not affect rights that have already accrued under a completed transaction except where required or permitted by law.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable order confirmation, product-specific terms, return policy, warranty terms, and Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Partsconnect Ltd concerning your use of the Website and purchase of products, subject to applicable law.
