Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify for a return:

Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Original packaging, labels, manuals, and hardware must be included

Items must be free from damage, grease, odors, scratches, or signs of installation

Electrical parts that have been installed are not returnable
Customer Is Responsible for Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

We shipped the wrong item, or

The item arrived damaged or defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
Restocking fees help cover payment processing, inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling costs.
Returns that arrive damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged, or not in resalable condition may receive a higher deduction or be refused entirely.
Incorrectly Ordered Parts
Please verify part numbers and compatibility before ordering. Many appliance parts look similar but are not interchangeable.
Returns for incorrectly ordered parts are accepted only if the item:

No Diagnosis Guarantee
Customers are responsible for properly diagnosing their appliance before ordering parts.
We do not guarantee that a purchased part will fix your appliance issue, and parts returned due to incorrect diagnosis are still subject to:
