Warranty Information

We offer 12 Month Warranty on all parts. This is subject to manufacturers warranty terms and conditions which may or may not include the return of the part, provision of model & serial number, and more. 

Return Policy

Parts may be returned for an exchange or credit within 30 days from date of purchase subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Electrical parts must be in their original and unopened packaging
- All non-electrical parts can be returned opened but must include their original packaging and all contents that were originally included in the package.
- Installed parts cannot be returned due to potential damages. 
- Special order items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once ordered.
- Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Partsconnect Ltd. reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses except in cases where Partsconnect Ltd. Is is at fault for a damaged or incorrect shipment.

- No collect shipments will be accepted.

Shipping Information

Cost of shipping is calculated at checkout by the chosen shipping provider. 

Damage or Short Shipments

Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. We require you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you discover a shipment shortage or damage with your order.
